There were Moves at my Gamestop when I went and got my second this past Saturday. Don't know if they're still there.
Really we're going to make an article about this. I will say though it was really kind of weird for Sony to devote time during their E3 presentation for this partnership. And I thought this ad campaign was supposed to start before move came out not like a month after it came out.
Got the collection the dayu it came out. It was too great of a deal to pass up. 3 of the best Ps2 games that I had never played for 40 bucks. That also had trophy support and HD support. I hope Sony goes ahead and puts a Sly 4 in production. But I really hope that Sucker Punch develops it. Because I don't know if Sony can find another dev that can give it the Sly magic. Also I don't really like when other devs take on someone elses IP.
Wow that must be Sony's money talking to Gamepro. /s
Played the demo and I didn't care too much for it. It felt a little too much like Burnout for me which isn't surprising seeing as how Criterion is the dev but I thought maybe there would be a clear distinction between this game and Burnout but I didn't see it maybe other people did I don't know. Probably rent this later or something. Hopefully I'll have GT5 to curb my racing craving right now.
Why the hell would I want to watch a midnight launch event live. This beneifits me how exactly? Watching morons stand in a line for a few hours just to say they were among the first to play the game. Ridiculous and pathetic. Midnight launches so overated.
Benn playing it all day. I have to say it is very nice.
Like last years show was supposed tohave those face melting reveals. Not falling for it this year Keighley.
Wow this article makes average casual gamers or hell people who aren't generally into tech, sound like complete morons. They reall aren't this stupid are they. I mean IGN makes it out that normal non gaming people find doing research about a product a brain splitting near immpossible feat. I hope they don't think casual or non gaming people are just a bunch of dumbasses that can't make an educated desision out of 3 configurations and 17 diferent pieces of software. Move I don&...
Wow this game got tore up in the reviews. Oh well I'm still getting it.
Getting this in a few hours. Can't wait!
Yeah I had been using Netflix on the 360 for a while. But after using the Ps3 version for a couple days I have to say it's a wee bit better for me at least. One I like the search option on it. I also like the interface better. It may not be as flashy as the 360 but it's a little more simpler and streamlined in my opinion. Sort of like the Playstaion store compared to the Live Marketplace. Also I like being able to rent phisical DvDs from the Playstation version. Not sure if you can o...
Got it for the PC so I don't really care. Kind of sucks that it's just 360 the DLC I mean. Imight pick up a 360 copy if I like the game enough.
While I agree they have a great relationship and I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft ever made the attempt. Your wrong in one part. Microsoft does NOT own the Gears IP. Which is actual one of the traits I really like about Microsoft. They don't take IP ownership on most the games that they publish for independent developers. Games like Mass Effect, Gears, and Alan Wake are all owned by the dev that made them. This kind of stratagey is great but kind of backfired on them with Mass Eff...
Yes!!!!!!!!
Hope they release this shit on PC soon after the 360.
Got mine payed off. Can't wait!
Really a surprise to be honest. This game was nowhere on my radar. I had played the first one and it was mediocore. At least to me. I beat it and that was it. Didn't really think or talk too much about it after that. So I certainly wasn't holding my breath for a sequel. Hell I forgot one was coming out before I played the the demo. But man after I played the demo this game shot up on my list. it was amazing. Then I preordered it the next day.
I was actually kind of expecting omething like this for PS Plus. Like two free movie rentals a month or something. But this is cool and nice to know everyone gets a chance at it.
Hopefully they can form a new studio and make PGR5. But damn just closing a whole studio just like that! I mean these guys had a pretty good reputation too. Hopefully the next few years in the industry won't be as bad as these last few have been for developer closings. This is why you don't sell to a corporation. Independence baby own your IP and decide what you as a developer wants to do. Not some suits from a corporation.
